It's not officially the Fall season yet, but here in Ontario, we begin to notice our leaves already changing colours and start to fall. What better time to collect some dry leaves and create your own design in preparation for the season!
Leaf Art
Materials
Dry leaves of various shapes, sizes and colours
Craft Glue
Craft paper or cardstock
**Optional embellishments, such as small beads, googly eyes, feathers, cotton balls, etc.
Instructions
Collect a variety of dry leaves to use for your art.
Arrange the shapes in a design of your choice, or create similar designs from the image slideshow below!
Once you are happy with the design you have created, carefully glue down each piece onto craft paper or cardstock. We recommend dabbing a dot or two of glue on each leaf to prevent any seeping or making it too moist. Let dry.
Apply any embellishments, if you choose, using glue and let dry.
Once completed, display your art on a wall or table to show others!
